Expanding on our roles as the Priest of our home
Dealing with both porn and verbal abuse, "porn" a loose word nowadays, has
become a common word in the world. This is because Satan has put it out there in
the faces of the people for so long now, it has become like a joke or something.
That my friend is what satan wants men to do. treat it as if it was not a big deal!
WELL IT IS!!. To our wives! (or vise versa) it means that when you both consumated
your wedding vows, that you and her became one flesh and that act of becoming
one flesh means more to her in most cases because she has let you into her life
and NO OTHER is allowed to become one flesh with her! (for those who don't
understand "becoming one flesh" it means intercourse is the binding factor to our
marriages) and that's why Satan loves to get people lost in the porn thinking mind
and blind to what it does to the marriage.
If we would put our minds on our spouses like God created us to do, we would and
will change the Christian world of divorce rates. Divorce rates are higher now than
ever, even among christians, this should not be. Believe me it is not worth losing a
whole family over. and that's what is happening all over the world! Lack of reading
God's Holy Word and Lack of SelfControl are the main factors in our lives. If we
would sit down open the Word, and read the life giving words God has given, Christ
will deliver us from all kinds of bad things we do, including porn and verbal abuse.
Most often, verbal abuse comes from the man (and/or women) who has dabbled in
something he or she should not have. or is in a position he does not want to be in.
This position causes them to start locking up the feelings and then in a fit of anger
he/she says things he/she wish he/she hadn't said hurtful and hateful words that
can not be taken back.
Sometimes these are in-law issues, work issues, etc... all it takes in most cases is
talking things out (truthfully), get right down to what is the matter. But listen, be
honest, don't lie to each other, you'll only make things worse.
We are the priest of our home, then, stand up and be a man (priest) and take
control over what your house is to be like. "Holy" Peaceful, Rightstanding,
Controlled by the Holy Spirit.
Our LORD GOD made us to be in love with one wife! and her only till we depart from
this life. She is the one and only and should be the one and only for us as men of
God. Moses recorded the words of the Father in :"Gen 2:18 And the LORD God said,
It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for
him." and so it was from that time. in the first blog are some scriptures that teach us
how to act towards our wives and wives towards their husbands. We are dealing
mostly with us "the Men" can we say, yes we read the word, and still be ugly
towards our wives? (Col 3:19 Husbands, love your wives and do not be bitter
toward them.) If we can just learn to love as Christ loves us, it would solve many
troubles.
Christ says in his prayer for the hearing of the disciples in Matt.6 and in part of that
prayer he says "On Earth As It is In Heaven" as it is in heaven. Are there any
inappropreate words in heaven do you think? Do you think an angel has an
inappropriate page hidden between the pages of the book of life for him to sneak a
peek at while God is not looking? On earth as it is in heaven, we must have this
mind set to ovecome inappropriate things in our lives.
Read Proverb5 it speaks to us in wisdom and knowledge and tells us what we can
expect if we don't have self control

with an immoral woman, and embrace the bosom of a seductress? Pro 5:21 For the
ways of man are before the eyes of the LORD, and he ponders all his paths. Pro 5:22
His own iniquities shall take the wicked himself, and he shall be held with the cords
of his sins. Pro 5:23 He shall die for lack of instruction; and in the greatness of his
folly he shall go astray.
All we have to do is apply the word and live it!
Father,
Grant us the Spirit of salvation! Teach us self control Holy Spirit! Let us put forth
our strength to be husbands in the order God has set forth for us! help us stand up
and be men of valour in our homes. We break the cloud of porn and verbal abuse
for you O God to open our eyes and see you! The Holy True God our Father.
In the Name of Jesus we pray and ask you!
There is NOTHING that can't be fixed in marriage! even adultry! Christ can heal, He
will forgive, and we need to forgive too! Christ can help you fix it. You both have to
let him.
