Y "WHERE DOES THE SPIN STOP"
'Has God Said?'
"The Manifest Sons of God"
Lesson One
Part One
Y Romans 8:19
"For the earnest expectation
of the creature [creation]
waits for the manifestation
of the sons of God." Paul
Y Philipians 3:21
"For our citizenship is in Heaven,
from which we eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ, who will transform our lowly body that it
may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which 'He' is able even to subdue all
things to
Himself," Paul. He, Jesus, not we.
Y What are the different 'doctrines' of the
Manifestation of the Sons of God?
Although there are 'many groups' in this movement, there are several interpretations
of Romans 8:19 which are held in common.
Here are only a few of them.
1) The Manifested sons of God will still possess the bodies of flesh and blood, but they will be changed to
immortality 'prior to the coming of Christ' ... clothed upon. What 'nature' it takes on and when is found in
1 Co 15 which some quote as proof.
2) Some believe that Christ will reign through His Church [Body of Christ] during the Millennium, without
being physically present Himself. Israel is not mentioned.
3) That the references to the Millennium reign are only figurative for something
that already has taken place or that it does not mean a literal 1000 years ... it is symbolic. [A day is as a
1000 yrs.].
4) Some believe that the manifestation will take place during the 'great tribulation'.
This group of saints is Joel's army, the overcomers or the Manchild Elijah Company. The Mason's believe
America is God's Kingdom! Novus Ordo Selclori'm.
5) A perfected Church will become the Head and not the Tail. They will set the standards for the world in all
phases of life ... for example: politics, education, the arts, sports, fashion, all industry, etc.. They offer the
world an alternative society. They claim 'now is the time to possess the Kingdom of God' and the authority in
the Church is part of the coming into the full stature of Christ all before Jesus returns. This is that kingdom
manifested in its perfection.
6) Some believe they already have fully attained the state of spiritual and moral perfection...this means they
have already taken possession of the Kingdom!
Those who haven't are still pressing into it.
Please note: called 'Dominionism.'
7) The second coming of Christ will not be a personal, physical one, but will occur through the Church in its
manifestation as the sons of God. A few are saying that Christ and the Church are meant to become one in
nature. Thus, ultimately there will be no distinction between Christ and the Church. A woman pastor in this
movement said to me,
"The only Jesus that we will ever see is the
Y 2
Jesus in you and me." He will never return by a personal second coming! He has come
already ... by coming again in the Person of the Holy Spirit into each born-again believer.
8) Some of these overcoming saints have the doctrine of "never die"! Yet, all who have been teachers of this
great army of the Lord have died; still, they proclaimed they 'never would die', but put on immortality! In
other words, be glorified while still on earth and usher in the Kingdom before what some call the rapture. My
cousin was one. She died.
9) God is establishing a 'new order' of Christianity in our generation. The saints are 'revolutionizing' the
Church which is long past due. A new order of 'Replacement Theology'. However, there is only one "New
Order", Melchisedek's.
10) This end-time, later-rain-remnant will be the 'Bride of Christ'. She has made herself ready. One such
pastor, shot herself in the head; taking medication for her depression.
11) Some teach that things are 'not' going to get worse but better, regardless of what the Scriptures teach.
And the reason some believe things are going to get worse is because of the 'despensational' teaching over
the past 172 years. But since Creation there have been dispensations and this is true!
12) The money and riches of the wicked are already being transfered to the Saints! This is one of the main
teachings on TV today. The prosperity message is especially proclaimed during the 'fund raising' days on
christian TV channels. A Jezebel spirit! Yes, you need to raise money ... but why manipulate? Some teach it
is the fulfillment of "I give you life, and that more abundantly," and use other scriptures as well. This
contradicts Jesus' words, if in fact, that is what He truly meant?
13) Then there is the 'doctrine' of the
"Restoration [Restitution] of All Things." In this doctrine everyone who has not accepted Jesus will be
restored to life when it is all said and done. "Every knee will bow, every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord," is
the scripture used. Another quote is Acts 3:19-21, that all things will be restored by the church before Jesus
returns because heaven must retain Him until then: "that which all the prophets have spoken since the
beginning." [Most who quote this scripture in Acts 3:19-21 forget to include the phrase
'until the times of." Mo'ed means 'set time'.
It is not until after all things are restored ... but up to the appointed or set time for the restoration of all things
that Jesus is retained in heaven ... including the times of of Israel's repentance ... to whom Peter was
addressing!
14) In this movement ... the apostles and prophets must be restored to the Church, that is, the five-fold
ministry, but it is more than five-fold. This ministry is "to equip the saints for the work of the ministry." Some
in this movement believe it is The Manchild company who has been called to bring unity to the Body of
Christ.
15) It is believed among most that Jesus' first appearance here on earth foreshadows what will happen to the
remnant church during the Second coming; we are being prepared to enter the Promised Land, etc., now.
16) The counterpart to the Manifest Sons is
Babylon herself, that is, The Denominations.
17) The teaching among the more 'spiritual' is holiness. I surely agree with this teaching and with much
humility and love! Holiness, God's kind of holiness, is the priority!
18) Some believe that the 'great tribulation' has already taken place.
19) Others teach that the 'great apostasy' or 'falling away' has been fulfilled and that we are in the period of
the 'restoration' of the Church ... and all things. Acts 3:18-21.
Y 3
20) Then there is Israel (natural) being grafted back into the 'olive tree'. They will take their place in Christ ...
or will they take their place as the 'head and not the tail'? Our problem is spiritualizing all Scripture!
It distorts and waters down 'Has God Said?'
Y A QUOTE FROM
A MANIFEST SON
Y "Jesus sat down 'on the right hand of God' from henceforth expecting till His enemies be made His
footstool. [Right hand meaning a place of authority and ministry]." [Jesus']. Several different translations are
given. Amplified reads "then to wait until His enemies be made a footstool for His feet." "Praise God that the
lowest member of the Body of Christ (the feet), shall be above (higher, stronger), than the strongest enemy,
even sin, Satan and death."
Y He [Jesus] is waiting. That means it hasn't been accomplished yet. In Him all things have been
accomplished and are finished. But these things must also be done in His body on earth. And until they are,
He will continue to sit at the right hand of God.
The Bible says that heaven must receive [retain] Jesus until the restitution of all things
spoken of by the prophets, Acts 3:21. [His quote of this scripture here is misquoted ...'times of' has been left
out, called mo'ed which means 'a special appointed time' until is not 'after' but up until that time appointed].
The verse in other translations says "Until the time of the great Restoration," When all is restored anew," Until
the whole world is re-created," "Until the final recovery of all things from sin." Until that time, Jesus remains in
heaven, sitting on the right hand of God. Until everything in His body is above every enemy (even death). The
shadow in the Old Testament is the Day of Atonement. Sin is removed, thus death is annulled, and the
Jubilee trumpet begins to blow. This is why the whole creation is waiting, "standing on tip-toe to see the
wonderful sight of the sons of God coming into their own," Romans 8:19, Phillips translation. Because the
manifestation of the sons of God, the putting of all enemies under the feet of the body of Christ, is the Jubilee
trumpet for all creation to be delivered from its bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children
of God. And no one can stop this from happening! They call it heresy, false doctrine, strange and weird,
free-love, doctrines of devils, etc., but it is still going to take place," Bill Britton.
One should read Roman 8, and Acts 3, all verses in their context and not just parts of them. We need to
study the Feast of Tabernacles for the full revelation of this man's teaching on these scriptures. Tabernacles
will be a literal fulfilment as was Passover & Pentacost, the Lord told me!
Y We will study the "Manifestation of the Sons of God."[Romans 3:18] And in later lessons the Restoration
of All Things" or "Ultimate Reconciliation," which came out of the same movement infiltrating Christ's body.
[Acts 3:21]
Y In every age as the Spirit of God has been outpoured, and the Holy Spirit has sought to lead the saints into
all truth ...
there has always been the working of the
'spirit of error'. It's work has always been to
lead saints away from 'sound doctrine'
with just enough error to bring in doctrines of demons and seducing spirits. Some are spirits of Babylon,
Jezebel, Nicolaitan, Law, Freedom, Idolatry, the Greed of Balaam [Compromising corrupt Preachers], a
corrupt 'all authority & power now' and a New Age Accommodating Culture. The Charismatics lowered the
standard of God's holiness.
Y 4
We need to understand that these doctrines are not something new ... 'new revelation' as we are being taught
by those who proclaim them as new light. It is recycled error of the devil which in every outpouring of the
Holy Spirit he always finds open hearts to receive
false spirits which are not word tested!
The re-occuring doctrine of the 'Manifest Sons of God' first appeared mainly in the great outpouring in
Canada. A teacher in that 'river of life' says this, "When God poured out His Spirit in such a tremendous
way, and I was one of the teachers in the group, for about three years there was a great work preformed
until these 'so-called revelations' started to appear in the group. The doctrine of the 'Manifest Sons of God'
was about the first to come forth. The Manifest Sons at that time claimed to be raised up by the Lord to
deliver the Church. It led thousands of God's people astray." Dr. Albert Grimes,Apostle, Christian Training
Center, Inc.
This doctrine is found as early as 1910. But in the early 40's 'Movement', "the Church that was in
Denominational bondage was to be delivered by the Manifest Sons." They claimed that the Church was in
bondage just like Israel in Egypt, and that the 'Moses Group' or 'Manifest Sons' were to deliver them. Not
only were they raised up to deliver the Church, but God through the Spirit has given them special gifts of the
Spirit with which to accomplish the task. Sad to say there was nothing in the way of delverance brought
about, but much trouble and division was caused because of their false claims." Now it has spread into
several specialized groups and companies ... orders.
Dr. Albert Grimes, Apostle
The teaching is based on revelation received regarding a verse taken entirely out of context and a wrong
interpretation placed on it. "For the earnest expectation of the creature [creation] waits for the
manifestation [revealing] of the sons of God."
Romans 8:19.
Does 'revealing' mean 'apocalypse' ...
to uncover? A prophetic disclosure; a revelation; Or the pulling aside of the veil of the flesh so that Christ
may appear? Thus relating to Jesus' apocalypse. The Book of Revelation is called an 'Apocalypse of Jesus
Christ.' However, reading on in the context that Paul wrote concerning it, we find these words which clearly
explain what Paul was teaching:
"Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves,
eagerly waiting
for the adoption, the redemption of our
bodies."
Ro 8:23
Paul says that Creation is groaning with birth pangs waiting to be delivered from death and decay ... but it
must wait for God's sons to be delivered first, that is, the full redemption of their bodies, which is the Blessed
Hope!
This takes place in the first resurrection! At this time God's sons will be manifested in their glorified bodies
like unto His.
Y #10) 'The Bride of Christ'
Some teach that the Church is not the Bride of Christ but that the Bride is a special group that 'comes out of
the side of the Church',
[because the Church is the body of] and that this Bride is formed by the Manifest Sons. An end-time Bride
only who has made herself ready. Some believe they are already wed ... but where is the Wedding Dress?
The source of this teaching is Revelation 12.
Y 5
The woman is the Church, and the manchild represents the Manifest Sons which come out of the Church.
The Manchild in verse 5 is caught up to heaven; the Woman/Church
is left behind on earth to suffer. Therefore, the Manifest Sons form the Bride of Christ and the Church or
Woman is left to go through the tribulation. In this scripture of Revelation 12 ... I believe the woman
mentioned is Israel plainly identified in Joseph's dream in Genesis 37.
The manchild is Christ, who is only mentioned to further prove who the woman is ... who is not Mary! The
whole setting of the book of Revelation is the Fall and final Feast of Tabernacles. It is a book of Trumpets
clearly set in the Middle East where we are now seeing the nations being
set in their appointed times & places! Jesus is even now knocking at the door of our heart ... to the heart of
a "Luke Warm Church" who He is about to spew out of His mouth! To a people who are trying to use the
world's methods to win Babylon's approval! God help us! Now is the time to buy from the Lord that 'extra
oil' for your lamp ... and gold tried in the fire!
Y WHERE DOES THE SPIN STOP?
Paul writing to the church of God which is at Corinth, with all the saints states,
1 "O, that you would bear with me in a little folly ... and indeed you do bear with me.
2 For I am jealous for you with a godly jealously. For I have betrothed you to one husband, that I may
present you as a chaste virgin to Christ." Young people & old alike!
Betrothed, not wed yet. 2 Co 11:1-2.
22 "Wives submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. 23 For the husband is the head of the wife, as
Christ is head of the church; and He is the Savior of the body. 24 Therefore, just as the church is subject to
Christ [as husband] so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything. 25 Husbands love your wives,
just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her. 26 that He might sanctify and cleanse her with
the washing of water by the word, 27 that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot
or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish ...30 For we are members of
His body, of His flesh and of His bones. 31 For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be
joined to his wife, and the two shall become one
flesh. 32 This is a great Mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the church." Let me explain who the
bride is: "I in you, and you in Me!"Jesus said. Jesus does not share His glory with another, but He does
share it with His self, His body, His bride. The bride must not spread her legs and be an adulteress ... this is
grounds for divorce. Even lusting after the world in our hearts we have commited adultery already. Does
this surprise you? This is literal & spiritual.
Eph 5:22-32. [ # 7 ].
When the saints were concerned about the brothers and sisters who had already fallen asleep in the Lord ...
being part of His flesh and bone ... Paul wrote, 15 "For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we
who are alive and remain until the coming [not after] of the Lord will by no means precede those who are
asleep. 16 For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a voice of an archangel, and with the trump
of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up
'together' with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord."
Nothing secret here. 1 Thess 4:15-17.
Y 6
"God will bring with Him those whom He has 23 justified, and whose spirits have been made perfect who
are already 22 waiting in the New Jerusalem on Mount Zion, to be 'glorified' with the rest of the body who
remain and are alive at His 'coming' 28 to receive a Kingdom which cannot be shaken."
These saints died believing they were the Lord's bride.
Heb 12:18-28.
9 "Come," said the angel that talked with me,
"I will show you the bride, the Lamb's wife.
10 And he carried me away in the Spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me the the great city, the
holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God, 11 having the 'glory' of God. Her light was like a most
precious stone, like a jasper stone, clear as crystal ...et cetra."
Rev 21:9-11 seq.
Y [Paul said, "if you want to share His glory, then you must share His sufferings also." O saints, be careful
what you build on this foundation which is already laid ... and that being Christ Jesus. Builders be careful that
you are laying gold, silver and precious stones [that has been tried in the fire]! These materials have been
purified and have come forth tested by fire. For those who live according to the flesh, set their minds on the
things of the flesh ... and to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life.
Ro 8:5, 17-18; 1 Co 3:10-17.
Therefore, I would say that part of His Bride is already in heaven and some are still on earth being purified
by the Holy Spirit in His word as we yeild to that washing. Jesus told
the Nigerian pastor who was raised from the dead that, "the City is ready, but the saints are not." Some have
stated "that they do not believe this resurrection is true." I believe it is true! I would not believe one who is
constantly negative about the wonders that God is doing! It is strange to me that even though this man was
raised from the dead and has brought this message from heaven itself ... only a few of the so called Anointed
Leaders are proclaiming exactly what he was
told to give to the Church. He said that one pastor in hell begged him to pray for him ...
he had stolen funds from his flock! The angel told him 'that he himself would have been left in hell had it not
been for the Lord's will to send him back with a message to proclaim in answer to prayer."
Y If one wants to follow Jesus as 'I surrender all.' "The price will be high. Not so high as not to be worth it,"
said John Piper. Gethsemane on the Mount of Olives means 'Crushing the Olives' ... in order to get the
precious oil . . . Jesus suffered outside the gate . . . "Gethsemane" and "As the Father sent Me, even so, send
I you." Most all 'Contemporary Christianity' does not know, nor do they want to know, just how high a price
one must pay to suffer with Christ so as to share His glory. They have set up their own standards of signs
and holiness. As I write this, only two days ago, I watched on the evening news as ... "Dion Sanders" hosted
the new fashions of Victoria's Secrets! It was alright for him to be hosting though ... because his wife was
present and he was a happily married man! How gross for someone who claims Christ is his all and all! Dear
saint, don't 'follow' that carnal spirit, that spirit is not of Christ. To be carnally minded is 'death'! Paul tells us
"After the foundation is laid and one has learned the 'principals' of the doctrines of Christ, it is then time to
leave those things behind, stop going over and over the same things; and go on to perfection, to the wisdom
of the Spirit in sonship's reality!" That is, to a place where we "know Him and the power of His resurrection;"
all things pertaining to this world were loss and dung to him, he knew the Mind of Christ. Let us go on where
we can say as Paul,
Y 7
"You follow me as I follow Christ."
John 20:21; Heb 512-6:12; Phil 3; 1 Co 2:16.
Y #'s 1
Will the sons of God put on 'immortality' while still being on this earth during their manifestation that all
...'creation is waiting for'? Will Christ reign only through His body during the Millennium, and will there be no
personal, physical coming?
The greek word epiphaneia which is translated appearing means literally,
"to become visible" and was used of the glorious manifestation of the gods. Paul uses it for the glorious
coming and appearing of the Lord Jesus Christ ... to those who still hold precious His appearing and to those
runners who are pressing on for the 'victors crown'. We are warriors no question here!
Those who know their God do exploits!
The Greeks were not anticipating the glorious visible 'appearing' of the gods being manifested or appearing in
their bodies;'
but appearing visibly before their eyes;
as they sometimes did! Jesus says, "Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the
tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power
and great glory, and He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together the
elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other."
Mt 24:30-31. The spin stops here! When? "Immediately after the tribulation of those days!"
After Jesus' resurrection He 'appeared visibly'
to the twelve apostles, Mary, His mother, and to the women, then over five hundred brethern and in the last
of all of His appearances, He appeared to Paul, who called himself "one born out-of-due-time."
Now these 'appearances' had nothing to do with Jesus' appearing in their own bodies ...
gloriously, neverthless He was visible.
Paul also tells us, "that it pleased God the Father to "reveal His Son in me," or
to "manifest, magnify." Paul's entire life style was a 'manifestation' of God's Son in his own body ... but his
body was not yet glorified, immortal. The Son was glorified in Paul through sufferings, in performing signs
and wonders, in abounding and being abased, in bearing much fruit. He said he was being transformed from
glory to glory because of the "Treasure" he carried in his earthern vessel, giving him the ability to keep his
body under subjection so that Christ the Son might be given permission to will and to do of His Father's
good pleasure.
The body is not going to 'put on immortality'
and rule as a 'manifest son of God' or as some teach before the first resurrection. We are not going to take
possession of the Kingdom, 'as ownership', to rule the earth and nations before Jesus' return. To possess
means the same thing as inherit. But flesh and blood does not inherit the Kingdom, said Paul. This is the
reason we must put on immortality first and this is a qualification on the part of the believer. Paul says, certain
things of our carnal nature, if we are still doing them, will not inherit the Kingdom of God! According to
John's gospel the Kingdom is synonymous with 'eternal life', and those who walk or live by the dictates of the
flesh "shall not inherit the Kingdom of God." Gal 5:21.
Y The Holy Sprit has been given to us as a seal ... a guarantee of our inheritance of eternal life until the
purchased possession is complete, [the adoption as sons]. Therefore, don't grieve the Holy Spirit in your
conversation, your fleshly walk and desires,
Y 8
thus having "defiled our garments". Our names can be "blotted out of the Lamb's Book of Life." One of the
Spirit's ministry to us is ... to make us holy ... because "without holiness no man shall see the LORD." In this
way He teaches us "to walk in the Spirit and you will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh." He uses the Word to
wash our unholiness so that we are without spot, wrinkle and blameless before Him at His coming.
Y Another verse of Scripture that tells us we donot have eternal life in this age is:
"forsaking lands, children, brothers and sisters, their houses for Jesus' sake and the Gospel's, who will
receieve a hundred-fold now in this time . . . and in the age to come, 'inherit' eternal life." Which is identical to
inheriting the Kingdom.
Y The Lord tells us there is something we have to do in order to receive power over the nations. 26 "And he
(the individual) who overcomes and keeps My works until the end, to him will I give power over the nations .
. . 27
'He shall rule them with a rod
of iron;
They shall be dashed to pieces
like the potter's vessel' . . .
as I have also received from My Father;
28 And I will give him the Morning Star.
29 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches."
According to the apostle Peter, " the Morning Star arises in our hearts when the
day dawns, which is the beginning of the Feast of Trumpets, and the Great Tribulation. The Day of
Atonement is the Day of Redemption ... "When you see these things begin to come to pass , left up your
heads, your 'redemption draws nigh."
It is not comings, as of several. but at His visible appearing, the 'sign' of His appearing is in the heavens not in
our bodies, said Jesus. All overcoming saints will inherit the Kingdom and will put on glorious immortality [set
at liberty from death and decay]; they will become the head and not the tail, will receive a Kingdom that
cannot be shaken; of which "all creation has been waiting for the manifestation of of God's sons first . . .
because Creation will also be set free of death and decay." This is the promised Abrahamic Covenant . . .
glory is our destiny and as well as Creation!
Mt10:30; Matt 19:29; 2 Co 7:1; Heb 12:10; 1 Thess 4:7; 2 Co 1:22; Eph 4:30; Rev r:4; Rev 3:1-6; Rev
2:26-29; Ro 8:18 seq.
Y We should not be surprised, if we do not shape up but continue to yeild to our sinful flesh . . . the Lord
may turn us over to Satan to discipline our flesh in order that we might repent so that our spirit might be
saved. We pray & fast for the Lord to sanctify us ... and when He does, that evil in us begins to surface and
manifest itself. Everything goes wrong... but you see, the Lord is only cleansing His temple. Please, dear
saints, we must not ignore the 'if's' and 'but's' and 'providing's' as we read the Scriptures and sit at His feet ...
which is not the feet in the body of Christ.
We must get in His Word."The Spin Stops There!"

Y The Spirit instructed me to research the writings of the first century disciples of the Apostles, to learn what
they had been taught re: "The Times of The Kingdom."
Y Irenaeus, a martyr, a disciple of Polycarp, a disciple of the Apostle John, in A.D. first century 100-55
wrote:
Chapter 26
Y JOHN AND DANIEL HAVE PREDICTED THE DISSOUTION AND
DESOLATION OF THE ROMAN EMPIRE, WHICH SHALL PRECEDE THE END OF THE
WORLD AND THE ETERNAL KINGDOM OF CHRIST. THE GNOSTICS ARE REFUTED, TOOLS
OF SATAN, WHO INVENT ANOTHER FATHER DIFFERENT FROM THE CREATOR
Y In a clearer light has John [the Apostle], in the Apocalypse [Revelation], indicated the Lord's disciples
what shall happen in the last times, and concerning the ten kings who shall then arise, among whom the
empire which now rules [the earth] shall be partitioned. He teaches us what the ten horns shall be which were
seen by Daniel, telling us that it had been said to him: "And the ten horns which you saw are ten kings, who
have received no kingdom as yet, but shall receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These [ten] shall
make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them, because He is the LORD of lords and King of
kings." It is manifest, therefore, that of these [potentates], he who is to come will slay three, and subject the
remainder to his power, and that he shall be himself the 'eighth' among them. And they shall lay Babylon
wasted, and burn her with fire, and shall give their kingdom to the beast, and put the Church to flight
[tribulation]. After that
they shall be destroyed by the coming of our Lord. For that the kingdom must be divided, and thus come to
ruin . . . God has already foreshadowed the partition and division [which will take place]. Daniel also says
particularly, that the end of the fourth kingdom consists in the toes of the image seen by Nebuchadnezzar,
upon which came the stone cut out without hands; and as he does himself say: "The feet were indeed the one
part iron, the other part clay, until the stone struck the image upon the iron and clay feet, and dashed them to
pieces, even to the end." The ten toes, therefore, are these ten kings, among whom the kingdom shall be
partitioned, of whom some shall indeed be strong and active, and some other be sluggish or weak and not
agree and there shall be minglings among the human race, but no cohesion one with the other, just as iron and
clay cannot be welded on to pottery clay. And since the end will take place, Daniel says: "And in the days of
these kings shall the God of heaven raise up a kingdom which shall never decay [which means it must take on
incorruption, a resurrection. as well as the creation itself, Romans 8:18 seq.], and His kingdom shall not be
left to another people. It shall break in pieces and shatter all kingdoms, and shall be exalted forever. God has
pointed out to the king what shall come to pass after these thing; and the dream is true, and the interpretation
trustworthy."
Y If therefore God showed future things to Daniel, and confirmed them by His Son; and if Christ is the stone
which is cut out without hands, who shall destroy temporal kingdoms, and introduce an eternal one,
which is the resurrection of the just [which is the first resurrection]; as He declares, "The God of heaven shall
raise up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed . . ."
Y 10
let those thus confuted come to their senses, who reject the Creator and do not agree that the prophets were
sent beforehand from the same Father from whom also the Lord came. For those things which have been
predicted by the Creator alike through all the prophets have Christ fulfilled in the end, ministering to His
Father's will, and completing His
dispensations [stages] with regard to the human race.
Recognize those who are Satan's agents. Those through whom he speaks against God.
Satan was the first to 'apostasize' from God by his own free will.'We who know Christ have been given the
Spirit of life, those outside of Christ are filled with a satanic spirit and bring innumerable accusations against
our Creator and continue in unrepentant apostasy and serves those who
even approves of all sin.
Chapter 27
Y THE FUTURE JUDGEMENT BY CHRIST. COMMUNION WITH AND SEPARATION FROM
THE DIVINE BEING. THE ETERNAL PUNISHMENT OF UNBELIEVERS
Y If the Father, then, does not excercise judgment, [it follows] that judgment does not belong to Him, or that
He consents to all those actions which take place; and if He does judge, all persons will be equal, and
accounted in the same condition. The advent of Christ will therefore be without object, yea, absurd. The
Lord declared, "He that believes in Me is not condemned," that is, is not separated from God, for he is
united to God through faith. On the other hand, He says, "He that believes not is condemned already,
because he has not believed in the name of the only-begotten Son of God;" that is, has separated himself
from God of his own accord. "For this is the condemnation, that Light has come into the world, and men love
darkness rather than light. For everyone who does evil hates the light, and comes not to the Light, lest his
deeds should be reproved. But he that does truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be manifest, that he
has wrought [done] them in God."
It is the 'doer' and not the 'sayer-hearer' who is not condemned.
This, to me and the scriptures, should put an end to the teachings of Carlton Pearson and other ministers who
believe and proclaim all people will be restored to salvation in the end.
Chapter 28
Y THE DISTINCTION TO BE MADE BETWEEN THE RIGHTEOUS AND THE WICKED. THE
FUTURE APOSTASY IN THE TIME OF ANTI-CHRIST, AND THE END OF THE WORLD
Y Jesus says. that those upon His right hand are called into the kingdom of heaven, but those on the left He
will send into eternal fire for they have deprived themselves of all good...choosing darkness rather than
light.
Y And for this reason the apostle Paul says: "Because they receive not the love of God, that they might be
saved, therefore God shall also send them the operation of error, that they may believe a lie, that they all may
be judged who have not believed the truth, but consented to unrighteousness."
For when he [Anti-christ] is come, and of his own accord concentrates in his own person the 'apostasy,' and
accomplishes whatever he
Y 11
shall do according to his own will and choice, sitting also in the temple of God,
as judicial power. Has the Word come for the ruin and the resurrection of many? For the ruin, certainly, of
those who do not believe Him, to whom also He has threatened a greater damnation in the judgment-day
than that of Sodom and Gomorrah; but for the resurrection of believer, and those who do the will of His
Father in Heaven. The judgment comes for the purpose of separating the believing from the unbelieving.
Understand that separation from God is death, and separation from light is darkness ... and to be separated
from God
is the loss of all benefits which He has in store for those who love Him.
Y Irenaeus discribes the 'Beast' in the Apocalyse chapter 13 [which was not called by the early disciples
Revelation], he explains that power was given him [the beast] for speaking great things, and blasphemy
during forty-two months. His 'mouth opened' [indicating the spirit of Satan speaking] for blasphemy against
God and His tabernacle [on earth...that being the saints] AND those who dwell in heaven. "And power was
given to him over all peoples who dwell over the earth. And all who dwell on earth worshipped him,
everyone whose name was not written in the book of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. If
anyone shall lead into captivity , he shall go into captivity. If anyone slay with the sword, he must be slain by
the sword. Here is the endurance and faith of the saints [not Jews only, but all the saints of this tribulation
period of forty-two months]."
Irenaeus calls the false prophet the beast's armor-bearer: and that he also speaks as a dragon, and exercises
all the power of the first beast in his sight [as Pharoah and his preists] and through these miracles and
wonders which he does decieves the inhabitants of the earth and causes them to worship the beast. Let no
one imagine that he performs these wonders by Divine power, but by working of magic. And we must not be
surprised if, since the demons and apostate spirits are at his service, he through their means performs
wonders [the apostate ones who have turned from following Christ]. Note that Irenaeus is speaking in the
pronoun 'we', not as a Jew, but as a believer, who would be in the tribulation of the Ant-christ's forty-two
months granted rule.
Also note, that the miracles are not performed by God's power. The apostle Paul called them 'lying
wonders.' I have wondered what Paul meant by 'lying wonders.'
The Lord explained to me, "They are real and very much authenic, not the slight of hand, nor are they of our
modern technology, but are the powers of Satan himself. But they are 'lying' because they come not from
Me, but from the 'father of lies!' Make no mistake about it ... they are real!"
He also will cause a mark 'in' the forehead and 'in' the right hand, that no one will be able to buy or sell,
unless he has the mark of the 'name' or the number of his 'name.' Notice that it is the 'name' whichever way it
is marked. The number is six hundred and sixty six, that is, six times a hundred, six times ten, and six units.
He gives this as summing up of the whole f that apostasy which has taken place during the 'six thousand years
... [since creation].
Earlier Irenaeus states this is calculated in the Greek
because they use the letter of the alphebet as numbers also. Hebrew has the same system.
For in as many days as this world was made,
Y 12
in so many thousand years shall it be concluded. And for this reason the Scriptures
says: "Thus the heaven and the earth were finished, and all their adornment. And God brought to a
conclusion upon the sixth day from all His works." This is an account of the things formerly created, as also it
is a prophecy of what is to come. For the 'day of the Lord is as a thousand year; and in six days created
things were completed" it is evident, therefore, that they will come to an end at the sixth thousand year.
[Barnabas teaches the same Six Thousand Years].
Y And therefore throughout all the time, man, having been molded at the beginning by the 'hands of God,'
that is, of the Son and of the Spirit, is made after the image and likeness of God: the chaff, indeed, which is
the apostasy, being cast away; but the wheat, that is, those who bring forth the fruit to God in faith, being
gathered into the barn. And for this cause tribulation is necessary for those who are saved, that having been
after a manner broken up, and rendered refined, and sprinkled over by the patience of the Word of God,
and set on fire [for purification], they may be fitted for the royal banquet. As a certain man of ours said, when
he was condemned to the wild beasts because of his testimony with respect to God: "I am the wheat of
Christ, and am ground by the teeth of the wild beasts, that I may be found the pure bread of God."
Y "In the world you will have tribulation; if they have hated Me, they also will hate you. No man is above his
Master; if they have rejected Me, they also will reject you!"
"If we suffer with Him, we shall also share His glory," said Paul, when the sons are manifested or glorified
with Him at the resurrection of the just, at the first resurrection...when, then, the earth will be set at liberty
from decay and corruption into the same freedom as the sons of God.
Chaper 29
ALL THINGS HAVE BEEN CREATED FOR THE SERVICE OF MAN. THE DECEITS,
WICKEDNESS, AND APOSTATE POWER OF ANTICHRIST. THIS WAS PREFIGURED AT THE
DELUGE, AS AFTERWARDS BY THE PERSECUTION OF SHADRACH, MESHACH, &
ABENDEGO
Y The Creation is suited to [the wants] of man; for man was not made for it's sake, but creation for the sake
of man. [The believers tribulation serves as the working of 'gold.' And therefore, when in the end the Church
shall be suddenly caught up from this, it is said, "There shall be tribulation such as has not been since the
beginning, neither shall be." For this is the last contest of the righteous, in which, when they overcome they
are crowned with incorruption.[Indicating the wrath of God in the Day of the Lord that will come upon the
unbelievers. Which the next of Irenaeus statement clearly shows].
Y And there is therefore in this beast, when he comes, a recapitulation made of all sorts of iniquity and of
every deceit, in order that all apostate power, flowing into and being shut up in him, may be sent into the
furnance of fire. Fittingly, therefore, shall his name possess the number six hundred and sixty-six, since he
sums up in his person all commixture of wickedness which took place previous to the deluge, due to the
apostasy of the angels [As Jesus predicted: "As it was in the days of Noah"]. For Noah was six hundred
years old when the deluge came upon the earth, sweeping away the rebellious
Y 13
world, which lived in the times of Noah. And Anti-christ also sums up every error of devised idols since the
flood, together with the slaying of the prophets and cutting off the just. For that image was set up by
Nebuchadnezer had indeed a height of sixty cubits, while the breadth was six cubits; on account of which
Shadrach, Meshach & Abendego, were cast into the furnace of fire, pointing out prophetically, by what
happened to them, the wrath against the righteous which shall arise towards the time of the end.
For that image, taken as a whole, was a prefiguring of this man's coming, decreeing that he should
undoubtedly himself alone be worshipped by all men as God. Thus, then, the six hundred years of Noah, in
whose time the deluge occurred because of the apostasy, and the number of the cubits of the image for
which these just men were sent into the firey
furnance, do indicate the number of the name of that man in whom is concentrated the whole apostasy of six
thousand years, and unrighteousness, and wickedness, and false prophecy, and deception; for which things'
sake a cataclysum of fire shall also come upon the earth.
The Lord pointed out to me that "what is raised up is the exact image of Nebuchadnezar to Daniel ... given in
revelation to John in Chapter 13 of Christ's Apocalyse. The man of sin is one of the seven heads who was
fatally wounded. He is the eighth and one of the seven
who comes up out of the pit.

Lesson One
Part Two
Y The apostle Paul, in his second letter to the Thessalonians, Chapter one, speaks of God's final judgment
and glory. 3 He thanks God among the churches 4 for the patience and faith in all their persecutions and
tribulations that they are enduring, which, he says, 5 "is manifest evidence of the righteous judgement of God,
that you may be counted 'worthy of the kingdom of God, and for which you suffer;' 6 since it is a righteous
thing with God to repay with 'tribulation' to those who trouble you 7 and to give you who are troubled rest
with us 'when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels, 8 in flaming fire taking
vengence on those who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus
Christ.'
9 These shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of
His power, 10 'when He comes to be glorified [manifested as in Romans 8:18-20] in His saints and to be
admired among all those who believe, because of our testimony among you was believed," Paul continues his
uplifting words of encouragement to them by telling them that: 11 "We also always pray for you that our God
would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of His goodness and the work of faith
with power, 12 that the name of the Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to
the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ."
[Endure: The word carries the idea of persevering, tolerating, putting up with, standing firm, and not losing
courage under pressure, SFB Word Wealth].
Let us notice that there are 'two tribulations' which Paul speaks about. One is that of the 'world, antichrists'
and the other is 'that of Christ' when He comes with His mighty angels. The 'tribulation' which is brought by
Jesus is called 'the Day of the Lord' or 'the Day of God's wrath.' Paul tells us in the first letter to the
Thessalonians Chapter five,
2 "that Jesus will come as a thief in the night when people are saying peace and safety [because Antichrist is
reigning]! then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall
not escape." They shall not escape . . . but the saints who are not asleep, as of, those who have not fallen
away in the Apostasy and are being proven worthy of the kingdom, do escape the 'tribulation' of the Day of
the Lord . . . by being caught up to meet Him in the air which is the first resurrection. "This is said to us by
the word of the Lord," says Paul. Chapter four verses 13-18.
Also we find the same promises in 1 Co 15:21-26; Rev 20:4, this is the first "Resurrection," Day of
Atonement or Day of Redemption 'after the blowing of trumpets' in the 'day of the Lord,' which begins a
thousand year reign with the saints over the nations which are left after Jesus 'destroys those who are
destroying the earth.' Rev 20.
1 Thess 4 . . . Paul tells us that we are not of the night or darkness, but of the day. That we should not be
sleeping, but be awake, sober, in order that "that Day" not takes us unaware, 9 "For God did not appoint us
to
Y 15
[His] 'wrath/tribulation', but to obtain
salvation [the complete adoption of our bodies] through our Lord Jesus Christ."
[Please read the entire forth & fifth chapters].
Y Returning now to Second
Thessalonians, Chapter Two, ["The Great Apostasy,"] we find the saints are very troubled; they are thinking
that the 'Day of the Lord' had already come and that the 'resurrection' had already taken place, and that they
had missed the 'glorification of their bodies!' (10). Eventhough, Paul, had already told them about the
Antichrist, who was to come, and the Great Apostasy which was to precede the second advent, that is,
Jesus' second Appearing, there were some teachers or false spirits, leading them astray in what prophecies
to look for and believe which must take place first. Therefore, Paul explains again what must take place first,
before the 'Day of the Lord comes.'
1 "Now, brethern, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our 'gathering together unto Him'
[referring to the resurrection], we ask you, 2 not to be so soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or
by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of Christ had come. 3 Let no one deceive you by any
means; for the Day will not come unless the 'falling away comes first, AND the man of sin is revealed,' the
son of perdition," [note: falling away does not mean the 'departure of the saints to heaven,' eventhough, in the
Greek, the word does indicate a departing . . . but the departure is the great falling away, the apostasy into
"Iniquity," 'lawlessness' from Christ's teachings and the laws of God . . . as the context show, in which Paul
is speaking. The 'Word of Faith' teaching is in error, they are using this word to prove their doctrine that the
church will be raptured 'before' the Anticrist's appearing. Actually, Paul, is trying to correct this very teaching
. . . and so am I].
3b "the son of perdition, 4 who opposes and exaults himself above all that is called God or that is
worshipped, so that he sits in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God." [Is this the temple in
Jerusalem or is this the temple of the Church . . . which temple we, the saints, are? Well, Irenaeus will tell us.
Is Antichrist's sitting in the temple of God, as though he is God, the 'abomination' that causes the
desolations? Well, Irenaeus will make it clear to us. For he contends for the Faith once and for all that was
handed down to the saints . . . as Jude teaches].
5 "Do you not Remember," states Paul, "that when I was still with you I told you these things?" [Not referring
to his first letter, but what I told you face to face, not what Iwrote to you. Therefore, Paul is not repeating
what he told them before]. 6 "And now you know what is restraining , that he [Antichrist] may be revealed in
his own time. 7 For the mystery of iniquity/lawlessness is already at work; only he who now restrains [his
appearing] will do so until he is taken out of the way. 8 And then the lawless one [the Antichrist, the son of
perdition, the man of sin], will be revealed, whom the Lord will slay/consume with the brightness of His
coming. 9 The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and
lying wonders, [watch for these], and with all unrighteous deception among those that perish, because they
did not receive the 'love' of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this 'reason' God will send them
strong delusion, that they should believe a lie, 12 that they all may be condemned who did not believe the
truth but had 'pleasure' in unrighteousness."
According to John, in Revelation 12:7-13 seq., it is 'after' Satan has been cast down out of the heavenlies, by
Michael and his angels, that Satan enters the Beast, 'Antichrist.'
Now that we have given some background,
let us continue with the disciple, Irenaeus.
Y 16
Chapter 30
ANTICHRIST'S NAME IS BEING RESERVED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT.
ANTICHRIST'S REIGN AND DEATH
Y Irenaeus . . .
Although it is certain as to the number of the Name of Antichrist, yet we should come to no rash conculsions
as to the name itself, because this number is capable of being fitted to many names. And this is the reasons
for this point being "reserved" by the Holy Spirit.
Such, then, being the state of the case, and this number being found in all the most approved and ancient
copies [of the Apocalypse], and those men who saw John
face to face bearing testimony [to it]; while reason also leads us to conclude that the number of the name of
the beast, [if reckoned] according to the Greek mode of calculation by the [value of] the letters contained in
it, will amount to six hundred and sixty six; that is, the number of tens shall be equal to that of the units (for
that number which [expresses] the digit six being adhered to throughout, indicates the recapitulations of that
apostasy. taken in its full extent, which occurred at the beginning, during the intermediate periods
[dispensations/stages],
and which will take place at the end), . . . I do not know how it is that some have erred following the
ordinary mode of speech, and have 'vitiated' (?) the middle number in the name, deducting the sudden
coming, but he even indicates the tribe from which he will come, where he says, "We shall hear the voice of
his swift horses from DAN; the whole earth shall be moved by the voice of the neighing of his galloping
horses [see Rev 6, the four horseman]: he shall also come and devour the earth, and the fullness thereof, the
city also [Jerusalem], and they that dwell therein." This, too, is the reason that this tribe is not reckoned in the
Apocalypse along with those which are saved.
[See Rev chapter 7 for the tribes of Israel that are sealed.
The Tribe of Dan is missing].
Rev 6, when the seals were opened the four living creatues told John in a voice like thunder, "Come and see."
He saw a white horse. "He who sat on it had a bow; and a crown was given to him, and he went out
conquering and to conquer."
This is the Antichrist in war. The three horsemen follow with death and destruction..'.destroying the earth,
which always follow war.
This would be the Antichrist's tribulation period. Not God's wrath!
Y It is therefore more certain, and less hazardous, to await the fulfillment of the prophecy, than to be making
surmises, and casting about for any names that may present themselves, inasmuch as many names can be
found possessing the number mentioned; and the question will, after all, remain unsolved.
. . . It is not through a want of names containing the number of that name that I say this, but on account of the
fear of God, and zeal for the truth: This word "Titans," too, contains a certain outward appearance of
vengeance, and of one inflicting merited punishment because he [Antichrist] pretends that he vindicates the
oppressed . . . . . .
We will not, however, incur the risk of pronouncing positively as to the name of Antichrist; for if it were
necessary that his name should be distinctly revealed in this present time, it would have been announced by
him who beheld the apocalyptic vision. For that vision was seen not very long ago,
Y 17
but almost in our day, towards the end of Domitian's reign. [By this statement we know the vision given to
John was not before A.D. 70 . . . after the fall of Jerusalem. Therefore, Anticrist had not sat in the temple in
Jerusalem . . . causing it's desolation, but that 'abomination' is yet future. Mt 24:15; see Mt 24 1-51.
Y But he indicates the number of the name now, that when this man comes we may avoid him, being aware
of whom he is: the name, however, is suppressed, because it is not worthy of being proclaimed by the Holy
Spirit. For if it had been declared by Him, he [Antichrist] might perhaps continue for a long period. [The
reformers believed this by the sucssesion of the popes]. But now as "he was,
and is not, and shall ascend out of the abyss,
and goes to perdition," as one who has no existence; so neither has his name been declared, for the name of
that which does not exist is not proclaimed.
But when this Antichrist shall have devastated all things in this world, he will reign for three years and six
months, and sit in the temple at Jerusalem; and 'then' the Lord will come from heaven in the clouds, in the
glory of His Father, sending this man and those who follow him into the lake of fire; but bringing in for the
righteous the times of the kingdom, that is, the rest, the hallowed seventh day; and restoring to Abraham the
promised inheritance, in which kingdom the Lord declared, that "many coming from the east and from the
west should sit down with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob."
Chapter 31
In Chapter 31, Irenaeus tells the saints about "THE PRESERVATION OF OUR BODIES IS
CONFIRMED BY THE RESURRECTION AND ASCENSION OF CHRIST: THE SOULS OF THE
SAINTS DURING THE INTERMEDIATE PERIOD, [that is, between their death and their place of
waiting until their bodie's resurrection], ARE IN A STATE OF EXPECTATION OF THAT TIME WHEN
THEY SHALL RECEIVE THEIR PERFECT AND CONSUMATED GLORY.
Chapter 32
IN THAT FLESH IN WHICH THE SAINTS HAVE SUFFERED SO MANY AFFLICTIONS, THEY
SHALL RECEIVE THE FRUITS OF THEIR LABORS; ESPECIALLY SINCE ALL CREATION
WAITS FOR THIS, AND GOD PROMISES IT TO ABRAHAM AND HIS SEED
Y In this Chapter, Irenaeus explains Paul's letter to the christians in Rome . . . regarding chapter eight and the
'Manifest Sons of God." Remember, this letter was written after A.D.70 and Irenaeus was a disciple of
Polycarp who was a disciple of the Apostle John. That being, he received his doctrine directly from the
Apostles. Therefore, this Chapter 32 of Irenaeus, should be very important to all christians in clearing up the
various "teachings' in the Church regarding
"The Manifestation of the Sons of God."
Y "Inasmuch, therefore, as the opinions of certain [orthodox persons] are derived from heretical discourses,
they are both ignorant of God's dispensations, and of the mystery of the resurrection of the just, and of the
[earthly] kingdom which is the commencement of incorruption, by means of which kingdom those who shall
be worthy are accustomed gradually to partake of the divine nature [capere Deum]; and it is
Y 18
necessary to tell them respecting those things, that it behooves the righteous first to receive the promise of the
inheritance which God promised to the fathers, and to reign in it, when they rise again to behold God in this
creation which is renovated, and that the judgment should take place afterwards. [Which judgment is that?
Let's see if we can find out]. For it is just that in that very creation in which they toiled or were afflicted, being
proved in every way by suffering; they should receive the 'reward'
of their suffering; and that in the creation in which they were slain because of their love for God, in that they
should be revived again; and that in the creation in which they endured servitude, in that they should reign.
For God is rich in all things, and all things are His.[Note: no prosperity teaching like as today's].
It is fitting, therefore, that the creation itself,
being restored to its primeval condition. should without restraint be under the dominion of the righteous [note:
not
'Dominionism' now doctrine]; and the apostle [Paul] has made this plain in the Epistle to the Romans, when
he thus speaks:
"For the expectation of the creature [creation] waits for the manifestation of the sons of God. For the
creature has been subjected to vanity, not willingly, but by reason of Him who has subjected the same in
hope; since the creature [creation] itself shall also be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the
glorious liberty of the sons of God."
Y Thus, then, the promise of God, which He gave to Abraham, remains steadfast. For thus He said: "Lift up
your eyes, and look from this place where now you are, towards the north and south, and east and west. For
all the earth which you see, I will give to you and to your seed, even forever." And again He says, "Arise,
and go through the length and breadth of the land, since I will give it unto you;" and [yet] he did not receive
an inheritance in it, not even a footstep, but was always a stranger and a pilgrim therein. And upon the death
of Sarah his wife, when the Hittites were willing to bestow upon him a place where he might bury her, he
declined it as a gift, but bought the burying-place (giving for it four hundred talents of silver)
from Ephron the son of Zohar the Hittite.
Thus did he wait patiently the promise of God, and was unwilling to appear to receive from men, what God
had promised to give him, when He said again to him as follows: "I will give this land to your seed, from the
river of Egypt even unto the great river Euphrates." If, then, God promised him the inheritance of the land, yet
he did not receive it during all the time of his sojourn there, it must be, that together with his seed, that is,
those who fear God and believe in Him, he shall receive it at the resurrection of the just. For his seed is the
Church, which receives the adoption to God through the Lord, as John the Baptist says, "For God is able
from these stones to raise up children to Abraham." And again. in the same Epistle to the Galatians: "But you,
brethern, as Isaac was, are the children of the promise." And again, in the same Epistle, he plainly declares
that they who have believed in Christ do receive Christ, the promise to Abraham thus saying, "The promises
were spoken to Abraham, and to his seed. Now He does not say. And to seeds, as if [He spake] of many,
but as of one, And to your seed, which is Christ." And again, confirming his former words, he says, "Even as
Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. Know you therefore, that they
Y 19
which are of faith are the children of Abraham. But the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the
heathen through faith, declared to Abraham beforehand, that in you shall all nations be blessed. So then, they
who are of faith shall be blessed with faithful Abraham, and these are the children of Abraham. Now God
made promise of the earth to Abraham and his seed; yet neither Abraham nor his seed, that is, those who are
justified by faith, do now receive any inheritance in it; but they shall receive it at the resurrection of the just.
For God is true and faithful; and on this account He said, "Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the
earth."
Y 1 Corinthians Fifthteen
Because some were saying that there was no such thing as a resurrection of the body . . . Paul wrote to the
Corinthian saints a letter to correct their thinking.
He said if Christ had not risen from the dead bodily,
then there was no resurrection and they were false witnesses of God, and their faith was futile; and they were
still in their sins! 18 Then also those who had fallen asleep in Christ have perished. 19"If in this life only we
have hope in Christ, we are of all men the most to be pitied." 20 "But now Christ is risen from the dead, and
has become the 'firstfruits' of those who have fallen asleep. 21 For since by man came death, by Man also
came the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ all shall be made alive. 23 But
each one in his own order: Christ the firstfruits [first one raised], afterward those who are Christ's at His
coming. 24 then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to
all rule and all authority and power. 25 For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet
[authority]. 26 The last enemy that will be destroyed is death. 27 For He has put all things under His feet.
But when He says "All things are put under Him," it is evident that He who put all things under Him is
excepted. 28 Now when all things are made subject to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subject to Him
who put all things under Him, that God may be all in all."
Y Verses 29-49 discribes the resurrected body.
49 "And as we have borne the image of the man of dust, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly Man."
This next verse is very important because it tells us the kingdom of heaven is only present now with regards
to the Holy Spirit and the angels who are sent by Christ to the earth on missions. The saints have yet to
inherit the Kingdom of God.
50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption
inherit incorruption. 51 Behold, I tell you a mystery: We shall not all sleep [indicating some will be alive when
He comes], but we shall all be changed
52 in a moment in the twinkling of the eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will
be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So 'when'
this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, 'then' shall be brought to pass
the saying that is written: "Death [the body of death] is swallowed up in victory."
Then this body of ours having put on immortality is able to inherit the kingdom, because it is not 'flesh and
blood' any more; it has taken on the image of the heavenly Man! This is the 'First Resurrection!'
Y Saints of God, Paul says, 1 "Dare any of you, having a matter against another [believer], go to law[ court]
before the unrighteous, and not before the saints? 2 Do you not know that the saints will judge the world?
And if the world will be judged by you, are you unworthy to judge the smallest matters? 3 Do you not know
that we shall judge angels? How much more things that pertain to this life?" When will the saints judge the
world and angels, is it 'before' the saints have inherited the kingdom, as some are teaching now? Read 1 Co
6:1-19; Rev 20:4.
Chapter 33
JESUS PROMISED TO REWARD HIS DISCIPLES AN HUNDRED-FOLD, AND TO MAKE THEM
PARTAKE
OF BANQUETS. THE BLESSING PRONOUNCED BY JACOB HAD POINTED OUT THIS
ALREADY, AS PAPIAS AND THE ELDERS HAVE INTERPRETED IT
Y 20
Y Irenaeus: The Lord Jesus will Himself renew the inheritance of the earth, and will re-organize the 'mystery'
of the glory of [His, God's} sons; as David says, "He who has renewed the face of the earth."
Y The Lord declared, "When you make a dinner or a supper, do not call your friends, nor your neighbors,
nor your kinfolk, lest they ask you in return, and so repay you. But call the lame, the blind, and the poor, and
you shall be blessed, since they cannot recompense you, but a recompense shall be made to you at the
resurrection of the just."
And again He says, "Whosoever shall have left lands, or houses, or parents, or brethren, or children because
of Me, he shall receive in this world an hundred-fold, and in that world, [where the kingdom reigns] to come
he shall inherit eternal life."
For what are the hundred-fold [rewards] in this world, the entertainments given to the poor, and the suppers
for which a return is made? These are to take place in the times of the kingdom, that is, upon the seventh
day, which is sanctified, in which God rested from all the works which He had created, which is the true
Sabbath of the righteous,
which they shall not be engaged in any earthly occupation; but shall have a table at hand prepared for them
by God, supplying them with all sorts of dishes.
Y The blessing of Isaac with which he blessed his younger son Jacob has the same meaning. Joseph ruled
over Egypt. The predicted blessing, therefore, belongs unquestionably to the times of the kingdom, when the
righteous shall bear rule upon their rising from the dead; when also creation, having been renovated and set
free, shall fructify with an abundance of all kinds of food, from the dew of heaven, and from fertility of the
earth; as the elders who saw John, the disciple of the Lord, related that they had heard from him how the
Lord used to teach in regard to these times, and say: The days will come, in which the vines shall grow, and
ten thousand branches and ten thousand clusters of grapes . . . In like manner, a grain of wheat would
produce ten thousand ears and yield clear, pure, fine flour; and that all other fruit-bearing, trees, and seeds
and grass, would produce in similar proportions. And that 6 all animals feeding only on the productions of the
earth
[not on each other], should in those days become peaceful and harmonious among each other, and be in
perfect subjection of man.
Y And all these things are borne witness in the writings by Papias, the hearer of John, and a companion of
Polycarp, in his forth book [could be Espistle]; for there are five complied by him. And he also says in
addition, "Now these things are credible to believers." When prophesying of these times, therefore, Esaias
[Isaiah] says:"The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, the lion shall eat straw like an ox, and dust shall be
the serpent's food. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain," says the Lord.[Isaiah 65:25;
begin reading from verse 17-25 for the entire understanding of the prophecy].
This will apply to both men of various nations and to those animals the Lord mentioned as well, says
Irenaeus. But this does not happen until the 'the resurrection of the just.' "For God is rich in all things. And it
is right that when creation is restored, all animals should obey and be in subjection to man, and revert to the
food originally given by God (for they had been originally subjected to Adam)."

Manifest Son's Cont'd.
"The Spin Stops Here"
Lesson One
Part Three
Y The true test of any movement is whether or not it will stand up under the light of the Word of God."
On April 20, 1949, the Assemblies of God took a stand against the doctrines being promoted by the Later
Rain Movement, also known as 'Manifested Sons of God.'
Today this movement is using some of the old names such as a "New Thing", "The Apostolic Reformation",
"The Prophetic",
"Kingdom Now", "Joel's Army", "Dominionism", "Triumphalism", "The Overcomers", "Firstfruits", "New
Breed",
"Sonship" and "Elijah Company".
We must also remember, that those who are calling these teachings/doctrines 'heresy' have some 'heresy' in
their own teaching as far as the Scriptures that they use for correction are concerned. Other denominations,
than the Assemblies of God, that I know of, the 'Teachers of Correction,' do not believe in the 'baptism of
the Holy Spirit.' And some that the gifts of the Spirit are not in operation today . . . they ceased with the age
of the Apostles. Therefore, some are judging the 'heresies' on what they themselves have been taught, "I was
one of those who sat under these doctrines." I know there is a second work of grace and there are other
realms to climb in the kingdom that is set before us. I do believe in a miracle working God who does signs
and wonders today! There is no 'New Order' but there is a 'New Covenant,' the one which Jesus made on
the cross and His resurrection from among the dead. The Father gave Him all power and authority in heaven
and in earth . . . and He has it now!
And it is for sure that the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ should be shaken awake! and cleansed of her
APOSTASY
of greed, idolatry and manipulating spirit of Jezebel, her looking and acting like the world that she is IN . . .
"but NOT OF," said Jesus!
However, the Assemblies were not the first to be faced with or to condemn this teaching and neither will they
be the last evidently.
As stated before . . . "There are many 'groups' in this movement and there are
several interpretations of Romans 8:18 seq."
Chapter 34
IRENAEUS FORTIFIES HIS WRITINGS WITH REGARD TO THE TEMPORAL AND EARTHLY
KINGDOM OF THE SAINTS AFTER THEIR RESERRECTION
Y What does Irenaeus mean by "Temporal and Earthly Kingdom of the Saints after the their Resurrection?"
The Sabbath Rest of 1000 years [Millennium], being the Day of the Lord, His reign with the resurrected
Saints is a temporal earthly reign until the
Great White Throne Judgement when the books are opened and judgement is given
regarding the "Second Death." Then we have a 'New Heaven and a New Earth.'
Y 22
Irenaeus quotes the various Scriptures prophesied by Isaiah, Ezekiel, Jeremiah, and Daniel; also the Parable
of the Servants watching for their Master's return and doing
what they had been told to do . . . to prove the "First Resurrection" and the times of the Kingdom.
Y Isaiah himself has plainly declared that there shall be joy of this nature at the resurrection of the just, when
he says: "The dead shall rise again; those, too, who are in the tombs shall arise, and those who are in the
earth shall rejoice. For the dew from You is health to them."
And this again Ezekiel also says: "Behold, I will open your tombs, and I will bring you forth out of your
graves; when I will draw My people from their sepulchers, and I will put breath in you, and you shall live;
and I will place you on your own land, and you shall know that I am LORD." And again the same speaks
thus: "These things saith the LORD, I will gather Israel from the nations whither they have been driven, and I
shall be sanctified in them in the 'sight of the sons of the nations:' and they shall dwell in their own land, which
I gave to My servant Jacob. And they shall dwell in it in peace; and they shall build houses, plant vineyards,
and dwell in hope, when I shall cause judgment to fall among all who have dishonored them, among those
who 'encircle them round about;' and they shall know that I am the LORD their God, and the God of their
fathers."
Now I have shown a short time ago that the church is the seed of Abraham; and for this reason, that we may
know that He who in the New Testament "raises up from the stones children unto Abraham," is He who will
gather, according to the Old Testament, those that shall be saved from all nations,
Jeremiah says: "Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that they shall no more say, The LORD lives, who
led the children of Israel from the north, and from every region whither they had been driven; He will restore
them to their own land which He gave to their fathers."
Y The whole creation shall, according to God's will, obtain a vast increase, that it may bring forth and sustain
fruits such [as we have mentioned], Isaiah declares: "And there shall be upon every high mountain, and upon
every prominent hill, water running everywhere in that day, when many shall perish, when walls shall fall. And
the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, seven times of that of the light of the day, when He shall
heal the anguish of His people, and do away with the pain of His stroke." Now "the pain of His stroke"
means that inflicted at the beginning upon disobedient man in Adam, that is, death; which stroke the LORD
will heal when He raises 'us' from the dead, and restores the inheritance of the fathers, as Isaiah says: "And
you shall be confident in the LORD, and He will cause you to pass over the whole earth, and feed you with
the inheritance of Jacob your father." This is what the Lord declared: "Blessed are those servants whom the
LORD when He comes shall find watching. Of a truth I say unto you, that He will gird Himself, and make
them to sit down, and minister to them; whither it be in the second or third watch, blessed are they."
John also says the very same in the Apocalypse: "Blessed and holy is he who has
'part in the first resurrection.' "
Y 23
Isaiah asked, "Lord, how long?"
"Until the cities be wasted without inhabitant, and the houses be without men [people], and the earth be left a
desert . . . and those who shall remain shall multiply upon the earth." Then Daniel tells us the very same thing:
"And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of those under heaven, is given to the saints of the Most
High God, whose kingdom is everlasting,
and all dominions shall serve and obey Him."
And lest this promise named should be understood as referring to this time, it was decleared to the prophet:
"And you will come, and stand in your lot at the consummation of the days."[Dan 12:1 seq.] Now, that the
promises were not anounced to the prophets and the fathers alone, but to the churches united to these from
the nations, whom also the Spirit terms "Islands," `because they suffer blasphemies, turbulence, and exist as a
harbor of safety to those in peril, and are a refuge of those who love the height of heaven and strive to avoid
the depth of error . . . Jeremiah declares: "Hear the word of the LORD, you nations, and declare to the Isles
afar off . . ."
Chapter 35
IRENEAUS CONTENDS THAT THESES SCRIPTURES OF THE PROPHETS CANNOT BE
UNDERSTOOD "ALLEGORICALLY" OF CELESTIAL BLESSINGS, BUT THAT THEY SHALL
HAVE THEIR FULFILLMENT 'AFTER THE COMING OF ANTICHRIST,' AND THE
'RESURRECTION' IN THE TERRESTRIAL JERUSALEM.
Y If, however, any shall endeavor to allegorize [prophesies] of this kind, they shall not be found consistent
with themselves in all points, and shall be confuted by the teaching of the very expressions [in question]. For
example: "When the cities" of the Gentiles "shall be desolate, so that they be not inhabited, and the houses so
that there shall be no men [people] in them and the land be left desolate." "For, behold," says Isaiah,
"the day of the LORD comes ... [pass remedy (?)], full of fury and wrath, to lay waste the city of the earth,
and to root sinners out of it." And again he says, "Let him be taken away, that he behold not the glory of
God." And when these things are done, he says, "God will remove men [people] far away, and those that are
left shall multiply in the earth."
Allow me to insert this passage of Scripture prophesied by Daniel in Chapter 7:11-12; "I watched then
because of the sound of the great words which the horn [little horn-Antichrist] was speaking; I watched till
the beast was slain, and its body destroyed and given to the burning flames. As far as the rest of the beasts,
they had their 'dominions' [kingdoms & rulership] taken away, yet their lives were prolonged for a season
and a time." [There are other prophecies that
varify these statements throughout the Bible].
Y These references are spoken unquestionably to the 'resurrection of the just,' which takes place after the
coming of the Antichrist, and the destruction of those people under his rule; in [the times of] which
[resurrection] the righteous shall reign in the earth, and shall partake of the glory of the Father, and shall
enjoy in the kingdom communion with the holy Angels, and union with spiritual beings . . . those [who in
respect to ] whom the LORD will find in the flesh, awaiting Him from heaven, and who have suffered
tribulation, as well as escaped the hands of the Wicked one."
. . . . . . . . . . . .
Y 24
Y Now all these things being such as they are, cannot be understood in reference to super-celestial matters;
"for God," it is said, "will show to the whole earth that is under heaven His glory." [We must ask when? Is it
before or after Antichrist's reign?
This is one of the teachings put forth today.
"For the glory of the Lord shall cover the earth as the waters covers the seas." Yes, but when will this
Scripture come to pass]? It is during the 'times of the kingdom' when judgment has been given to the saints of
the Most High at the resurrection of the just.
Irenaeus continues, But in the times of the kingdom, the earth has been called again by Christ [to its pristine
condition], and Jerusalem rebuilt after the pattern of the Jerusalem above . . . And in the Apocalypse John
saw this new Jerusalem descending upon the new earth. For after the times of the kingdom [the Millennium],
John says, "I saw a great white throne, and Him who sat upon it, from whose face the earth fled away, and
the heavens; and there was no more place for them." And John sets forth, too,
the things connected to the general resurrection [not the first resurrection of the just] and the judgement,
mentioning " the dead, great and small." "The sea gave up the dead which it had in it, and death and hell
delivered up the dead that they contained; and the books were opened. The book of life was opened, and
the dead were judged out of those things that were written in the books, according to their works; and death
and hell were sent into the lake of fire [where the beast and false prophet are], the lake of fire is the second
death." Now this is called Gehenna, which the Lord styled eternal fire." And it is said, "If anyone was not
found written in the book of life, he was sent into the lake of fire."
And after this, John states, "I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth
passed away; also there was no more sea. And I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down from
heaven, as a bride adorned for her husband." And I heard, "A great voice from the throne, saying, Behold,
the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them; and they shall be His people, and God
Himself shall be with them as their God. And He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and death shall
be no more, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain, because the former things have
passed away. Neither shall they think about them, but they shall find in it joy and exultation."
Of this New Jerusalem, the former one is an image. And of this tabernacle Moses received the pattern in the
mount. All is substantial, stedfast, true and man truly rises from the dead and nothing of these words are to
allegorized.
Chapter 36
MEN SHALL BE ACTUALLY RAISED: THE WORLD SHALL NOT BE ANNIHILATED; BUT
THERE SHALL BE VARIOUS MANSIONS FOR THE SAINTS, ACCORDING TO THE RANK
ALLOTTED TO EACH INDIVIDUAL. ALL THINGS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO GOD THE FATHER,
AND SO SHALL HE BE ALL IN ALL
Y For since there are real men. so must there also be a real establishment (plantationem), that they vanish not
away among the non-existent things, but progress
Y 25
among those which have an actual existence.
For neither is the substance nor the essence of the creation annihilated [for faithful and true is He who has
established it], but "the fashion of the world passeth away;" that is, those things among which transgression
has occurred, since man has grown old in them. And therefore this [present] fashion has been formed
temporary, God foreknowing all things; as I have pointed out in the preceding book [or letter], and have also
shown, as far as possible, the cause of the creation of this world of temporal things. But when this [present]
fashion [of things] passes away, and man has been renewed, and flourishes in an incorruptible state, so as to
preclude the possibility of becoming old, [then] there shall be the new heaven and the new earth, in which the
new man shall remain [continually], always holding fresh converse with God.
Y [Note: The Apostle Paul reveals the mystery of Jesus Christ's life, His death, and resurrection. He, being
the New Adam, is creating a "New Race of Man," in Himself! All outside of this 'new man,' whether Jew or
Gentile, are lost. Here are Pauls words, 14 "For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one [Jew &
Gentile], and has broken down the middle wall of separation, 15 having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that
is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself ONE NEW MAN from the
two, thus making peace,
16 and that He might reconcile them both to God in ONE BODY through the cross, thereby putting to death
the enmity." Ephesians 2:14-18.
Irenaeus continues: And since [or, that] these things shall ever continue without end, Isaiah declares, "For as
the new heavens and the new earth which I do make, continue in My sight, saith the LORD, so shall your
seed and your name remain." And as the presbyters [elders] say, "Then those who are deemed worthy of an
abode in heaven shall go there, others shall enjoy the delights of paradise and others shall possess the
splendor of the city; for everywhere the Savior shall be seen according as they who see Him shall be worthy.
Y [They say moreover], that there is this distinction between the habitation of those who produce an
hundred-fold, and that of those who produce sixty-fold, and of that who produce thirty-fold: for the first will
be taken up into the heavens, the second will dwell in paradise, and the last will inhabit the city; and that it
was on this account the Lord declared, "In My Father's house are many mansions [dwelling places]." [Paul
and other apostles ... said they wanted to find a place IN HIM]
For all things belong to God, who supplies all with a suitable dwelling-place; even as His Word says, that a
share is allotted to all by the Father, according as each person is or shall be worthy. And this is the couch on
which the guests shall recline, having been invited to the wedding.
The presbyters, the disciples of the apostles, affirm that this is the graduation and arrangement of those who
are saved, and that they advance through steps of this nature; also that they ascend through the Holy Spirit to
the Son, and through the Son to the Father, and that in due time the Son will yield up His work to the Father,
even as
it is said by the apostle, "For He must reign till He has put all enimies under His feet [authority, not saint's
feet, as some teach that the end-time saints are His feet]. The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death." 1
Cor 15:21 seq. For in the 'times of the kingdom,' the righteous man who is upon the earth shall then forget to
die [those who are left and enter into the times of the Millennium reign
. . . not those who are in the ressurection of the just]. "But when He says, "All things
Y 26
shall be subdued unto Him, it is manifest that He is excepted who did put all things under Him. And when all
things shall be subdued unto Him, then shall the Son also Himself be subject unto Him who put all things
under Him, that God may be all in all."
Y John, therefore, did distinctly forsee the "the first resurrection of the just" [not a secret rapture], and the
inheritance in the Kingdom Realm of the earth; and what the prophets have prophesied concerning it
harmonize [with the vision]. For the Lord also taught these things, when He pronounced that He would have
the mixed cup new with His disciples in the Kingdom. The apostle [Paul], too, has confessed that the
creation shall be free from the bondage of corruption, [so as to pass] into the liberty of the sons of God.
And in all these things, and by them all, the same God the Father is manifested, who fashioned man, and gave
promise of the inheritance of the earth to the fathers, who brought it [the creation, note when,] forth [from
bondage] at the resurrection of the just, and fulfills the promises for the kingdom of His Son; subsequently
bestowing in a parental manner those things which neither the eye has seen, nor the ear has heard, nor has
[thought concerning them] arisen within the heart of man. For there is the one Son, who accomplished His
Father's will; and one human race also in the mysteries of God are wrought [for he, the new man, is God's
handiwork created in Christ Jesus], "which the angels disire to look into;" and they are not able to search out
the wisdom of God, by means of which His handiwork confirmed and incorporated with His Son, is brought
to perfection; that His offspring, His firstbegotten Word, should descend to the creature (facturam), that is, to
what had been molded (plasma), and that it should be contained by Him; and, on the other hand, the
creature [the vessel of clay] should contain the Word, and ascend to Him, passing beyond the angels, and be
made after the image and likeness of God. [Note: Man is higher than the angels . . . and in the image AND
likeness of God].
P.S. If Jesus is the 'firstbegotten Word' ... then it makes God's other sons and daughters 'other words' also.
If not God's words, than whose?
